Si Usted desea llamar a cualquier teléfono en Cuba o el mundo desde su
ordenador o computadora debe debe seguir estos pasos, haciendo click sobre las
líneas marcadas en azul, que ya le llevarán directamente a bajar a su
computadora los programas y archivos necesarios.
El registro en Cuba Telecom es TOTALMENTE GRATIS por lo que
Usted no deberá pagar nada para registrarse. Solo debe recargar su cuenta
cuando desee realizar llamadas telefónicas a Cuba o a cualquier ciudad del
mundo, utilizando su tarjeta Visa, Master Card, American Express u otras.
- Abrir una cuenta permanente haciendo click
en esta línea para registrarse como cliente.
- Registre su e-mail pues
a su e-mail le enviaremos las instrucciones y sus códigos de acceso
- Bajar el programa de
instalación del teléfono que deberá instalar en su computadora.
- Bajar el documento de
instrucciones en formato PDF (Portable Document Format) de la compañía
Adobe haciendo click en esta línea. Nota: Debe bajar de www.adobe.com
el programa Adober Reader para poder leer este tipo de documentos PDF.
- Instalar el teléfono web y configurarlo según las instrucciones del
documento PDF. Nota: Configurar sólo los campos llamados Default pues los
demás no son necesarios para Usted.
CONFIGURACION DEL SIP PHONE
La configuración del teléfono debe hacerla siguiendo estos pasos:
- Abrir
el menú de configuración (icono en forma de hoja, al lado del botón Clear
en el centro del teléfono)
- Hacer
clic en System Settings
- Hacer
clic en SIP Proxy
- Escoger
la primera de las opciones de la lista (Default)
- Introducir
los siguientes valores:
- Enabled:

- Display
Name: Cuba TelecomPAN
- User
Name: (debe
registrarse para tenerlo)
- Password:
(debe
registrarse para tenerlo)
- Domain/Realm:
(debe
registrarse para tenerlo)
- SIP

Bound Proxy: Dejarlo en blanco
- Use
Out Bound Proxy: Default

Internal IP: Default
- Register:

- VoiceMail
SIP URl: Dejar en blanco
- Forward
SIP URl : Dejar en blanco
- Una
vez introducidos los valores, se cierra el menú de configuración, y ya se
pueden realizar las llamadas
CONFIGURATION OF SIP PHONE
Double Click on the installation archive "Cuba Telecom Sipfone.exe". The following prompt will be displayed.
Click on yes to continue the instalation. The rest ot the instalation screens are shown in order, with a red mark on the buttons that have to be clicked.

Finaly, check the box marked Launch X-Lite, and finish the instalation. The SIPfONE will open (shown below). To configure the SIPfONE follow the next easy steps.

- Click on System Settings, then SIP Proxy, then Default (shown below)
- Enter the values shown in the screenshot below
- Once that is done, click on the "X" at the top right of the screen
- Use the SIPfONE to call any number, just dial 00+country code+number
