Nobody
born outside Cuba must apply for a visa to visit Cuba, because Cuba has opened
their borders for travelers from all over the world.
In
case of Cuban Nationals, BORN IN CUBA, they must ask for the permanent
Permission (Permiso de Entrada Permanente) in the Cuban Consulate of the country
of residence.
All
Cubans living abroad must travel with this permit.
In the event that any
passanger takes the decision to travel without it and he/she is borded in a
plane by mistake and when arriving in Cuba he/she is sent back to departure
point, Cuba Travel Corporation takes NO responsability.

Los
cubanos nacidos en Cuba ya no deberán aplicar para un Permiso de Entrada, sino
que a partir del 1 de junio del 2004 deberán visitar el Consulado de Cuba del
país donde residen y solicitar un Permiso de Entrada Permanente, el cual le
darán en el momento, si tiene su pasaporte actualizado.
En
el caso de que un cubano compre un billete de avión a Cuba y la aerolínea lo
aborde por error, y a su llegada a Cuba podría ser enviado de regreso si no
lleva en su pasaporte ese permiso permanente.
En
estos casos, Cuba Travel
Corporation no corre con NINGUNA responsabilidad. La responsabilidad de viajar
sin ese permiso de entrada corre ESTRICTAMENTE por parte del pasajero.
