Cash payments are subject to a 10% discount over the total value to
pay.

Traveler cheques
Payments with traveler cheques are subject to 5% discount over the total
value to pay. Traveler cheques must be signed both on the top and
the bottom of the front page and endorsed in the back to Caribbean Sea
Corporation.

Cash wired transfers
Payments via cash wired transfers are subject to 10% discount over the
total value to pay.

Cashier cheques
Cashier cheques sent by Federal Express at least 15 days prior to the
departure date are subject to a 10% discount over the total value to pay
due to national and local taxes and costs associated with remmiting funds
to pay for services in Cuba. Payments via cashier cheques are also
subject to a $5 handling fee.

Credit cards
Credit Card payments (VISA,Mastercard, AMEX) are subject to a 10%
increase over the total value to pay due to national and local taxes and
and costs associated with remmiting funds to pay for services in Cuba.
Payments via credit cards are also subject to a $5 handling fee.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If cancellations are received 30 to 45 days prior to departure - $100/person
(plus applicable supplier fees), 8 to 29 days prior to departure to
$150/person (plus applicable supplier fees), 0 - 7 days prior to departure full
forfeiture cancellation charge plus all charges and expenses relating to
cancellation penalties by suppliers.
Telephone notification of cancellation must be received prior to departure
from point of origin. Written requests for refunds on cancellations and
all travel documents must be received by Customer Relations within 30 days
of cancellation.
Failure to follow these requirements will result in waiver of rights to
cancellation refunds.
Unused or partially used tour features and components are non-refundable.
Refunds for air tickets are subject to the rules and regulations of the
fare type purchased. Cuba Travel Corporation rates vary per destination
and provide a waiver for the above penalties. Unused features or
components are non-refundable.
