Legal Policy

Cuba Telecom is an Authorized Agent of Cuba Travel Corporation to engage in money transmitting activities and is regulated by the Law.

Pursuant to competent and official authorizations and permits, strategic alliances, agency agreements, and by operation of law, Cuba Telecom is authorized to provide worldwide money remittance services to Cuba.

Cuba Telecom is an authorized agent of Cuba Travel Corporation, which is licensed under the laws and by state law is subject to regulatory oversight.

Any consumer wishing to file a complaint against Cuba Telecom should contact the Cuba Travel Corporation Department of Banking through one of the means indicated below.

Return Policy:
The customer has the right to request his/her transaction be cancelled and monies (less the transaction fees) be reimbursed at anytime as long as the money has not been picked up by or delivered to the recipient. 

If the money is not delivered according to the terms of the transaction, the funds (including transaction fees) presented by the buyer of service for transmission will be returned to him/her upon written request (fax or mail) together with confirmation from our correspondent that any monies delivered to or picked up by the recipient have been returned to our correspondent.
