I have read and agree the Online Travel Services Terms and Conditions. so I m clear that OnLine Travel Services is an intermediary between the me and the final services suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground handlers) and that any delay or bad service I may receive during my trip should be claimed before the end of my trip directly to the provider (airlines, hotels, ground handlers).

I also agree by signing this authorisation letter that all services I m purchasing should be taken the date and at the time as contracted (airlines tickets, hotel and ground services vouchers and so on).

I also agree that these services are Non Refundable, Non Endorsable and Non Transferrable.
